Dr Haghighi

Dr Kayvan Haghighi graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1996 and completed his specialist Urological training in Sydney. He then pursued further training overseas and undertook a fellowship in the Department of Urology and Transplantation in Dublin, Ireland where he gained expertise in urological oncology surgery and renal transplantation.

Since returning to Australia, Dr Haghighi has worked in the field of Urology in both the public and private sector. Dr Haghighi holds appointments at Campbelltown and Liverpool Public Hospitals and Campbelltown Private and St George Private Hospital.

Dr Haghighi’s major focus is a fully patient-centred approach to all aspects of urological care. Within this framework, he holds a special interest in prostate disease both benign and cancer. He also conducts minimal invasive laparoscopic surgery with quick return to work and normal activities.

Dr Kayvan Haghighi completed Robotic Prostate Surgery training in USA in 2012 and performs Robotic surgery at Hurstville Private Hospital.
